Open the LA Fitness app on your phone and log in.
Tap the three lines in the top left corner of the main screen.
Scroll down and tap “Freeze membership.”
Select the start date and end date for your freeze.
Confirm by tapping “Continue to Payment.”
Enter your payment information and tap “Submit.”
You’re all set! Your account will be frozen for the specified time period.
